I love to travell, i have visited so many places, out of which 2 are solo trips.. it was a wonderful experience.. i wish everyone should taste it.. specially if you are girl who is taking solo trip, make sure to plan your itinerary in prior, let your friends and family aware of it... Keep a pepper spray with you.. never tell a stranger u r in a solo trip.. enjoy you trip well also keep an eye on the environment and people around you..

Just a question: Regarding exposing to the sun, and using a sunscreen, isn't morning sun good for health, including skin? For places like chennai, where it's too hot, we may definitely require skin protection, but in milder climates like Bali, and Seoul, where am living, plus western countries, a little bit of exposure to the sun, might be good. Just my perspective!
Nowadays even with sun exposure....our bodies are not producing enough vit D...for various reasons....many were found significant improvement after supplemented vit D from outside....
Turmeric is best and naturally available antibiotic antiseptic antipyretic .....caz of fashion culture from the west ,many south women especially tamil women are avoiding using it...

Also sunscreen hinders the production of vitamin D,but persons in media and film industry have to maintain their skin tone...
